About Compi Tire And Rim
Compi Tire And Rim is a tire shop in Ridgewood, New York. It is listed at 11-16 Cypress Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385, which places it among the local businesses of Ridgewood that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement. Wheel and rim shops repair bent or curb-scraped wheels, refinish them and sell aftermarket sets. Seasonal demand peaks before winter in the northern states and before summer road trips everywhere.

Ridgewood is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ridgewood follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Tire and Rim Repair After parking the car, same wheel is deflated I go to another tire shop, they show me that the didn't fix the rim. I'm unable to get that money back. Do not go here.

Over the phone they claimed they had my size wheel new and in stock but when we arrived they didn’t, instead they insisted they could repair it. Took over an hour as we watched while the wheel broke mid repair and they had to start over. Paid nearly $200 for it and the tire is flat, a month later. Poor quality repair, waste of time and money.

$90 for a used Pirelli tire together w/swapping the spare with the one that was purchased. Very professional and quick service. Highly recommended.

Good and fast service. Came to have a flat tire fixed today and it was done within 30 minutes. The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly.

Honestly the Best Tire Shop Experience I’ve Ever Had If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Compi Tire completely exceeded my expectations—not just with the quality of their service, but with how genuinely kind and welcoming the whole team is. I came in a little stressed about my tire situation, but they immediately put me at ease. No upselling, no pressure—just honest advice and fast, reliable work. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options, and they treated me like a person, not just a customer. What really stood out to me was how friendly and down-to-earth everyone was. You can tell they take real pride in their work and care about the people who walk through their door. It’s rare to find a shop that’s not only super efficient, but also this warm and personable. They went above and beyond by helping me find the best tires even outside their shop, making sure I got the best deal possible. Instead of just selling me what they had in stock, they took the time to recommend trusted options at a better price elsewhere—something you don’t see often in this industry. I was in and out quicker than I expected, and my car drives better than ever. It’s
